Begin in Ponte Vedra Beach, a luxury enclave known for golf resorts and sea turtle nesting sites. Fuel up and grab coffee at Palm Valley Fish Camp before heading south.

1. Guana River State Park. Hike or bike through coastal forests and salt marshes. Climb the Guana Dam for views of the Tolomato River and spot osprey or manatees.
